Still waiting for my phone!

After I logged a call last week on Hello Peter about Virgin Mobile letting me know I can upgrade when I got to the shop I couldn't, they phoned me and allowed me to upgrade without paying the amount to upgrade earlier. First of all you told me I can upgrade not my fault so you are not doing me a favor. Now after they phoned me the 30th of October still no phone??? How long does it take to get a phone to someone? So you wavering my pre-upgrade fee means nothing if I am only getting my phone after the time you said I can. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
