BILLED FRO A PHONE THAT I CANCELLED SO NOT RECEIVE

I ORDERED A PHONE ON LINE ON 26.07.2013 & DELIVERY WAS EXPECTED ON TUESDAY, 29.07.2013. I PHONED THE COURIER TO CHECK WHEN DELIVERY WILL BE DONE & THEY SAID, SAME AFTERNOON. I PHONED AGAIN ON WEDNESDAY & WAS TOLD THE DELIVERY MAN IS ON HIS WAY & SHOULD BE THERE IN 30MIN.BY END OF BUSINESS THERE WAS NO DELIVERY SO I PHONED THEM TO CANCEL AS I WAS TRAVELLING THE NEXT DAY. I THEN WENT TO AN OUTLET TO GET ANOTHER PHONE. I AM CURRENTLY BEING BILLED FOR THE PHONE THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE AS WELL. EACH TIME I CALL VODACOM SINCE EARLY SEPTEMBER WHEN I PICKED THIS UP I AM TOSSED FROM PILLAR TO POST. THE FINAL CALL THAT I RECORDED WAS ON 22 OCTOBER. I SPOKE TO CLAIRE, WHO REFFERD ME TO KHULISO AND HE PROMISED TO HAVE PROCESSED A DISPUTE. HE REFERRED ME TO THE REM, ENDED UP SPEAKING TO MARTIN, SPOKE TO THATO WHO WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING & TRIED HIS BEST BUT THE MATTER WAS BEYOND HIS CONTROL. SPOKE TO BABALWA WITH THATO SHE GAVE US A PUD0132613 NO. REFERRED US & WE SPOKE TO PHILA WHO TOLD US SHE IS ON LUNCH & ON INSISTENCE SHE ATTENDED TO US. AFTER ALL THESE EFFORTS STILL NO RESOLUTION. CALL CENTRE SYSTEM NOT HELPING AND VODA OUTLETS DIDNT RESOLVE THE CASE. PLS HELP SO CAN SETLE MY PORTION OF BIL
