Upgrade call centre and delivery

Good day, i would like to express my feelings about the services that i am receiving from Vodacom. lastweek friday the 04/10/2013 i called your offices for an upgrade ad the lady that i spoke to told me the latest i would receive my phone will be Wednesday. i have been calling your call centre 0821945 since Tuesday and i spoke to some guy he said he saw that on the system the phone was ordered on the 7th and its suppose to reach me this week. i called again yesterday and the lady that i spoke to gave me this number 0821959 to check how far they are and this number keeps on telling me that your callcentre lines are very busy i was holding for more than 15minutes.
I called again this morning 11/10/2013 and the lady that i spoke to told me she can see on the system that someone was here at my place of work yesterday and tried to call me on my cell which im no longer using the number and we are a big company that has a reception if they tried to call on the cell and its not working they were suppose to ask the ladies at reception to call me on my land line or find out if they can find me on the system. i was told that the will be someone that will call me today about the delivery.
