I was a client with Vodacom for 7 years, but decided to open a contract with Cell C, thinking they would be a good service provider with better rates.
Unfortunately, I am highly disappointed with the network coverage and support.
Within 7 days, I returned my phone back to the Cell C Outlet.
Signing an agreement, to cancel my contract as I was unhappy with the network coverage. They promised to cancel my contact, but apparently they haven't done anything about it.
A month later, I received a statement from Cell C, with the debit order going off my account.
Whenever I queried it at the Cell C Outlet, there response was that they cannot do anything about the matter. It has to be cancelled at there headoffice.
Poor service, poor response.
