Poor customer Service and Poor follow up system

After I applied for a Mtn contract I was informed that RTT is the preferred Courier service that would handle my delivery.
I was informed via Sms and telephone to confirm the delivery date of 30/12/2013. No specified time could be provided (I cannot understand why not as this is done with other courier services) and I was told delivery will take place between 8am and 5pm. On Monday 30/12/2013 I was phoned by RTT at 14:35 informing me that the delivery has been delayed due to a breakdown and that delivery will take place the next day 31/12/2013.
I phoned on 31/12/2013 at 8:30 and 12.07 to confirm whether or not delivery will take place but was told it will be done before 5PM.
I cancelled arrangements I had made before to be available for this delivery. No delivery was done and no phone call was received to explain why. Obviously when I phoned 5:10pm no one answered the phone line 011 522 1491.
Due to the Holiday on 1/1/2014 I assumed delivery will be done 2/1/2014 or that I will receive a phone call. Up to now I have had no phone call or email or sms informing me of what is happening. I think this is poor service and there is no sufficient way to follow up on your delivery.
