We have never run out of CAP we always had atleast 15gig carried over everymonth since we recived Iburst 25 . Firstly we orderd a 2meg line and ended up with a 1meg, the connection was fast but is now slow and very poor i cant even watch youtube, 2months in a row 2nd last day we run out of cap that is not possible and i want a explenation now. Last time i called i got the data explaining when we used the cap we work from 7:30 to 4:30 then gym then get home at 7 how can there be data usage during the day and we have had problems with a router you gave us one to lend its been 4months no new router your not doing what we pay you to do so i want this resolved today or my money back
