I ordered a Mosquito net on your website the 28 Nov 2013 with a delivery time of 1 day. I said they have to deliver to the postal office, as I always do as I'm not at work when they want to deliver. Monday 02 Dec I decided I gave you enough time my packages surely must be at the post office just to find out it's not. I phoned your call centre to find out what the problem is, the lady took my details and said she will phone me back, ja right still waiting for that call. But any case Tuesday came I went to the post office still nothing and still no call. Wednesday came went again to the post office and again nothing so I phoned again. Luckily the lady I spoke to phoned me back just to let me know that my packages is at the courier company since 28 Nov 2013 and they can't deliver to a post office only a street address, so my question is we live in 2013 we call it modern technology we have phones, email etc. Why couldn't someone phone me and ask me for a street address? I gave the lady my work address and guess what I'm still waiting for my packages. 1day delivery has turned into a "sorry for you, you will never get your packages" delivery. This is really pathetic.
