I upgraded on the 17th January to the iPhone 5 32g. i was having signal problems so i went to the local branch and they said Vodacom had mail them a fix. I did what was said in the mail and a few days later I started having the same issue. Vodacom will now not rep[lace the phone as it is out of the 7 day return. I have had no joy trying to call them as the only response is that i have to send my phone away for 10 - 15 working days. I cannot be left with out a phone for 10 - 15 working days. i am a sales rep and i am based on the road. I cant use my old phone because of the sim being different. i have to pay for a new sim to use that phone and then again when I get the new one back. I find it very frustrating that i have to struggle like this.
