My brand new IPhone 5 is just about useless with a service provider like Vodacom thats unable to back it's faults with signal. I have sent a bunch of mails and phoned a couple of times but still no help!
It seems that once you signed your upgrade contract they have your money and nothing else matters, they simply don't care to resolve problems.
It's now 7 days after last mail, en-counting!!
