This company has being over charging people for a 2 gig connection
the rate is 98 for 2 gig I have being paying 198 for a 2gig witch is that of a 10 gig
there excuse is that there clients must contact them to be bumped up - this telkom does without asking
so iburst sells them 2gig at a reduced rate since late 2011 and they being still charging there clients 198 for the full year and so on till client finds out -
I said no problem just bump me up now to 10g they say no they can only do it 1st march o and after all the cash they they want a R99 admin fee lol (want to another 100 for feb)
why do we have companies like this i am gona public put this in all the papers on point cause they want that extra 100
