I recently bought a new iPhone 5 which was delivered to me at your Cresta Branch. I have had this phone for less than 5 days and already it has been giving me problems. Vodacom has a policy of issuing the client with a new phone if the phone gives you any issues after a maximum of 7 days after its purchase. I have approached Vodacom Cresta with this problem and they advised me to take the phone to a vodacom repair centre. When I approached them, they advised me that they cannot take the phone as the phone was purchased less than 7 days ago. I am a very irate client right now as no one at Vodacom seem to be wanting to resolve this issue and I am left stuck with a dis-functional iPhone after paying a really large amount of money for it. Please assist!!!
