NON-TRACKING OF THE INVOICE

On the 07 of September 2013 I purchased a laptop through the insurance claim that was approved by MTN. I mistakenly lost the invoice. I then want to apply for insurance for the new laptop but was advised by the MTN insurance department to attach my invoice when sending the application form. I went to the store today where I bought the laptop but did couldn't get the invoice for it's not in the system.

Kindly assist me in getting the invoice so that my gadget could be insured.
