I lost my laptop in 2010 and I had insured it in the store when I bought it. I went to the store to report the lost laptop and to claim for it and they promised to get back to me when the insurance has been approved, by that time I was still paying the installment. The claim was never approved until I finished the payments in October 2011. I kept on checking if the claim was approved to a point where they told me to not call them but wait for their call. They kept quite and never said a word until I decided to go back to them to find out what was happening in October 2012. When I got there to my surprise the insurance claim was approved but no body contacted me and tell me about it. When I asked to get the laptop they told me they didn't have it in their store so they gonna include it in the next stock in December 2012. When I went back in December they told me the warehouse people have closed for holidays so I can only get the laptop in January 2013. I went again in January and they said the stock still doesn't have the laptop but they will tell me when they have it. After that they kept on telling me that they have problems with the new system, until today i have never recieved
