Laptop broken

I took out a laptop contract via mtn broker, store name as per invoice is ccs igmitiion.
The address is, PO BOX 8436, Halfway house invoice no 1008246663
And the store I'd 01008, I bought it last year 10 Aug 2012, It does not switch on unless the charger is connected, it shows the battrey as full but as soon as I pull off the charger it goes off, I reported the matter on inline 011 912 3000 and I was told to go to the nearest mnt shop in Bloem I did and I to the main branch in 2nd avenue and nelson Mandela drive, they told me they don't fix laptops that is done in Durban and they booked a call for me and the gentleman they spoke to promise they'll come and fetch the laptop at work within 48 hrs, that was the 5the of March then and now we are at the end of the month and still I get not joy, I called again on the 22 nd of March and the lady by the name of amanda in durban promised they'll get back to me in 24 hrs, they did not and I followed up on the 26th, I was transferred from one dept to the other for abt an hour untl I ran out of airtime and I don't know what to do anymore bcause the laptop is still under warranty!
