Hi guys,
I got my Tax Invoices (for business purposes) via post. Some of them got lost etc... can happen.. so I changed to email (as I got an email from vodacom). I got now my first invoice and it was made out in the company owner (which it was never before, it always stated the business name as it should).
I mailed to vodacom to change it to the business name, which they did (after 2 attemtemps).
The problem is now, that my accountant is not accepting the invoice because it states "Copy of Tax Invoice" and SARS can be difficult in this matter. All I need is a invoice that says "TAX INVOICE" and I can't understand why this is so difficult. My contract is ready for an upgrade, but if it carries on like this, then I will go the competition.
So please vodacom, send me a "Tax Invoice" and not a "Copy of a Tax Invoice".
