Topmed have rejected my claim for the reason that the invoice is illegible after I scanned and emailed to them. The option they provided is for me to get another invoice. The invoice is in fact clear and I cant see how a clearer invoice can be obtained. It will cause me great inconvenience to try and get another invoice. I submitted the invoice to the consultant at Sanlam Headoffice. She confirmed that the invoice is legible and sent a copy through. I again received a rejection because they claim that it is illegible. This is really frustrating, I will report this to the Ombudsman for medical Aids today.
