The Notebook Company repairs Laptops, We had a laptop sent in that needed to get a keyboard replacement. After 2 weeks we get the laptop back and the keyboard is not installed properly and the laptop is more damaged. So we send it back for them to fix the keyboard. They fix the keyboard properly the second time around but then the mouse pad on the laptop did not work anymore. We had this laptop with The Notebook Company going back and forth for almost 2 Months! At the end we had to give our client back his faulty laptop!
In the process our client did not want to pay us and we had to invoice The Notebook Company for money lost, when we followed up to find out when they would make payment they had the audacity to say they can then invoice us for the "bad laptop" we send in. That is ridiculous seeing they repair faulty laptops! Now switched suppliers and are very happy!
