On October 7 my Vodacom number was converted from contract to prepaid. Yesterday 23 October I went to take a new contract and was told i may keep my number. Today AFTER signing the contract and getting home I was contacted to be told I may in fact NOT keep my number and I must return to the shop and pay R105 for a new SIM and number instead.
I would like to keep my number please and I would like to be contacted by someone who can affect that process on your system. I am happy to keep the new SIM.
