Illegal Cell Contract... restoration of cell numbe

As per fault reference# I3165500/6? :

An illegalfraudulent contract was opened, whereby a prepaid number was converted to top-up contract. Upon quering and investigation, it was agreed that the contract was opened without permission from the cell number owner. When the contract was terminated, the number was suspended off the network. Why?! This number I was using all along until someone incompetent from Vodacom messed up.

I have logged a complaintrequest with Vodacom since 20 Aug 2012. To-date no one is willing to assist and I have been promised that the number will be restored. My life has come to a complete disruption since this happened... I lost contact with people and companies who communicated with me on that number.

I am utterly disgusted at the lack of service from Vodacom... passing the buck like nobody's business!!!

VODACOM, WHAT MUST I DO TO HAVE MY ORIGINAL PRE-PAID NUMBER RE-ACTIVATED?! I WAS TOLD TO BUY A REPLACEMENT SIM PACK AND E-MAIL THE DETAILS TO YOU TO ACTIVATE IT. I HAVE DONE SO ATLEAST ON 3 OCCASSIONS OR SO... ZERO ACTION!

SINCE I DISPUTED THE VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT YOU'D RATHER DENY ME YOUR SERVICES COMPLETELY (EVEN ON PRE-PAID)?

THIS IS NOT MY FAULT!
