Today I added another contract to my profile at Vodacom. It was agreed that a prepaid number could be changed to contract, obviously so that the number can be kept. After a while I received an sms stating that a contract has been activated with a completely different number!! I phoned Vodacom: Sorry sir you need to go back to the store!!! What nonsense!!! Mighty Vodacom can't even change a number on a contract, absolutely pathetic. Wasting time!!!
So for anybody reading this, my experience is that Vodacom can not be trusted. If they say something, do not believe it, they will always have some story.
In the end it boils down to Vodacom not caring about their clients, you are DEFINITELY JUST ANOTHER NUMBER.
