Super bad service, attitude and no consumer rights

Got myself a galaxy tablet 3 on contract, when I 1st used my tablet it was faulty, braught it back within 7 days to swop it for a new one as the one I just opened was faulty. I was told it will take atleast 3 weeks to get another one. As far as I know it has to be swoped immediately? What warrenty is that? I'm still waiting for a manager to phone me, its 2 weeks later and I have to phone them to find out what's going on? I'm paying for something I don't even have! Poor service and very bad attitude from the staff!
