Waiting 5 Weeks For my phone

I sent my Galaxy SII in for repairs as it kept freezing and restarting. I waited 3 weeks for the phone to get back to the Autopage shop that I deal with, when I was told it was there and they were going to test the phone. Once they tested the phone they informed me that the whole phone was faulty. I have now been waiting 5 weeks for my new phone and they now tell me that Samsung is waiting for stock of the SII. I find this very difficult as I need my Galaxy to receive e-mails for work, and now I am losing business as I can't receive e-mails on my phone. Please could someone look into this and get this situation sorted out. If there is no stock of the SII then I will gladly accept a SIII as it was Samsung's fault that the phone is faulty.
