BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE

About 6 weeks ado I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tablet on contract with Autopage in Canal Walk and was told that it would be working in 24 hours... and now on the 5th visits to Autopage the Samsung agent Tracey said the sim card was faulty so I received a new sim card and was once again told that it would be working after 24 hours... But to no avail STILL NOT WORKING...

I also signed a debit order and after nor being able to use the phone, or tablet or data I get called and embarrassed by calling to say I am in arrears... The last 2 visits to Autopage Canal Walk I told them that the payment had not gone off my account and asked that they check why... if they had done their jobs this would not have happened
