Twice in one day

Although minor I was quite upset when I realised that Vodacom had unilaterally changed my debit order dates.

The cherry on top however was when I phoned vodacom directory services to urgently get hold of JMPD's number as the emergency number did not work. Not just was the attendee rude, but she also did not transfer me to JMPD. I was left on the line listening to her and her colleague gossip and when I asked whether she will transfer me she hung up.

Fortunately the next (redial) attendee was extremely helpful.
