NO SERVICE - IPHONE 5

I HAVE RECENTLY UPGRADED TO AN IPHONE 5. THE SERVICE FROM START TO NOW HAS BEEN DISGUSTING AND I CAN ONLY ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO DO THIS CHANGE.
I HAD TO CHANGE MY SIM TO A NANO. AFTER HAVING TO GO TO THE VODACOM CENTRE IN GATEWAY WHERE THE CONSULTANT WAS NOT VERY INTERESTED AND HANDED ME MY CARD WHILE TALKING TO HIS COLLEAGUE.
AFTER PUTTING THE NEW SIM IN AND STARTING PHONE I DIDNT REALISE THAT A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER I COULD NOT BE CONTACTED AND WHEN I LOOKED MY PHONE SAID 'NO SERVICE'.
I PHONED THE CALL CENTRE AND THEY SAID THE LTE HAD NOT BEEN ACTIVATED. SO I SAID NO ON TOLD ME AND SHE DID IT.
LAST NIGHT THE ONLY WAY I RECEIVED AN OVERSEAS CALL WAS FOR ONE OF MY EMPLOYEES TO PHONE ME AND SAY THE PARTY HAD PHONED THEM BECAUSE MY PHONE WAS OFF. IT SHOWED NO SERVICE.
PHONE THE CALL CENTRE. THIS TIME I GOT A REFERENCE NUMBER AND INSISTED ON SPEAKING TO SUPERVISOR. HE CAME ON LINE AND ASSURED ME HE WOULD CALL BACK.
THIS MORNING A CUSTOMER PHONED A COLLEAGUE TO ASK WHY MY PHONE WAS OFF. NO SERVICE. PHONE VODACOM CUSTOMER CARE... AND SO IT GOES ON.

I THEN GOOGLE PROBLEM AND THERE ARE MANY THREADS WITH SAME STORY.

BEFORE USING VODACOM AND IPHONE 5 DO SOME RESEARCH.
