Lack of service/ communication

I phoned Altech Autopage on 30 September 2013 to pre-order a phone for a contract and added that I'm not from Worcester and want to make sure the phone is available by the 3rd of October otherwise Ill have to take out a contract somewhere else because its quite urgent. First I spoke to n male that said he would find out and phone me back. After 2 hours, I phoned back, only to hear that the male is off his shift. Then spoke with a female who guaranteed me the phone will be there on Thursday.

On Thursday I took out the contract and paid R140 so far. They told me the phone will be there at 14:00, so we went back at 14:00. No phone. They told us the can post it and would give us a call as soon as they receive the phone to post it to me. Today Tuesday 08 October I phoned to hear if they haven't received it yet and they told me the woman I dealt with is out to phone back at 14:00, just phoned back again and shes still not available!!! What the is going on!?

I just need to add the contract is in my moms name but I pay it.
