INCOMPETENT STAFF AND TERRIBLE SERVICE

December my phone was so had to do a sim swop only to have been given a sim for an iphone-went back next day as i had a blackberry &was forced to pay for another sim swop as sales person wasnt there, even though not my fault.few days later went to get a new phone which i was due for an upgrade &got told that i wasnt due, so bought a phone & made me pay for another sim card which, i didnt need.last thursday my bbm, internet & whatsapp apps stopped working.i phoned customer care 2x & still couldnt fix the problem-only to hear the consultant moan about me to someone else. I went to a vodastore & got told it was network issue & only allowed to upgrade to iphone if open new contract I phoned customer care later that day again. Onceall my friends phones were working & not mine, i went to vodacare & paidfor another sim swop-this wasnt the problem as phone still not working so phoned again and got a ref no & for engineer sought it out, finally came on, only to stop working a few hours later, i decided to upgrade to iphone & do another sim swop that failed-now i have no working phone due to wrong info & bad service.i have done 4 sim swops in a month loosing alot of money! DISSAPOINTING!!!
