BAD FEEDBACK

My husband did his upgrade directly with as the stores can't answer question. He spoke to and told them to contact me to pick up the phone as he is working away at the moment. Head office told him that they will be phoning me. He phoned them this morning and they said the phone will be in Brakpan today. Nobody phoned me, i spoke to 2 people on 011 207 8000 and they assured me they will follow it up. The first call i made the lady phone me back -15.30 and said she spoke to the store owner and he said he would phone me. I phoned again 16.30 and told then nobody phoned me and the lady said she would follow up. The Brakpan no 011 744 3797 was eng. for over 2 hours but 17.03 when I phoned the phone just rang. NOBODY phoned me back. Is the owner of the shop really not interested in customer services. My husband's account is over R2000 a month. Does than not mean anything to Nashua Mobile???
