More training for data desk call centre

Last night I activated LTE on my SIM card for my iPhone 5. The lady told me that vodacom supports this phone on their LTE network. She told me to wait 1 hour and it should be working. After two hours I phoned the data desk back and the gentlemen told me that everything has been activated and I must wait up to 24 hours. He confirmed with the technical team that the iPhone 5 is supported on LTE with vodacom. Today I phone back and spoke to zee at the data desk and she tells me that vodacom does not support this phone yet. Does anyone there know what they are talking about. Clearly you people need more training! You absolutely useless!!! I wonder if you people will contact me?
