No Communication At All

I upgraded the end of 1/2013.
June I started having problems with my phone, on the 24/6 I handed in my phone at Autopage Paarl. Mandy helped me. I had to send my phone in for repairs. The battery was still under guarantee at that time. My phone was getting very hot, de-charged and then switches off.
They could not give me a loan phone.
On the 16/7 I received a refurb phone back that is also not working. Liezl from Autopage Paarl phoned the technicians at the workshop, they said the phone's software is not right. We need to send the refurb phone back to them.
I told Liezl I am not happy by receiving a refurb phone in the first place.

The 26/8 I phoned Autopage Paarl and spoke to Ewald in the morning. I have not received notification from anyone in connection with my new phone or the refurb phone that they send back to the workshop. He told me that he will come back to me.
At 15H00 on the 26/8 I phoned back - he was gone for the whole day and he will come back to me.
At 16H00, the 26/8 and I was still waiting for him to come back to me.
The 27/8 I phoned the call centre and spoke to Juanita, the workshop will phone me back. Till now, no one has contacted me.
