Sim card does not allow to connect to the internet

I purchased a Samsung Tablet in February this year, which included a Vodacom 3G Sim Card. Since using the product, the Vodacom Sim Card has never been able to connect to the internet. I have manaully changed the APN settings as per the vodacom site, with no luck at all. I have even inserted this sim card into a Vodacom 3G modem, and still I cannot connect. in the meantime I am forfeiting all my data bundles which I am paying for every month which I cannot use. Please do not say that I have poor reception as I have another Vodcaom 3G sim card which works fine in the tablet and the 3G modem and I never have problems connecting to the internet on either of the devices. I would like this to be sorted out ASAP, and at the same time who is going to re-pay me for all data bundles that I have lost over the months which I was unable to use.
