Vodacom has an online offer stating that delivery is done next day after ordering..free connection and admin fee when orders are done on line... I have been billed with the cconnection/admin fee when I have ordered the phone on line, withing a week I've order another phone for my husband, order done on 20/10/2013, to date the order has not been delivered, vodacom deals with a very incompetent company called Ram couriersn their iservice is totally unacceptable..I phoned vodacom on 21/102013 to verify delivery address and to date Ram couriers still has captured it correctly, they said they couldn't deliver bcos of the building name not being provided but when I asked them to read out the address the first line is the building address, vodacom needs to very closely with their courier company to ensure that their service meets the expectation they send out to their customersn don't advertise offers to attract custmers then not live up to that standard... I have sat home waiting for the phone when I could. Have done other things out off my house but no delievery was done and not even a courtesy calln this kind of service is really unacceptablen ur wasting ur customers' time.
