Vodacom has a special online offer where they guarantee next day delivery, I have ordered my phone on 20-10-2013 and still today on 24-10-2013 I have not received it, Ram couriers is totally incompetent, I have never heard of a courier company who does not contact to confirm address if the are already on their way to deliver and aren't sure of the address, I have been sitting at home all day long after finishing with my exam at 10:30 am for absolutely nothing, I phoned today to check why they have not delivered and I was told that there is no building name on the provided address, when I asked them to read out the address the very first line they have is my building address. I phoned them several times trying to arrange this delivery but, they can't even accommodate a customer on their available times, I tried to make an arrangement with them and the lady their told me that they can't deliver at a specific period, I asked her what happens then if they come when I'm not available because I am trying to make an arrangement for their convenience as well, the lady told me that the driver will come at his convenient and will return then package if he can't find the suburb or the recepie
