Vodacom promises FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY if your order online. Two days later, I am still waiting for my phone, and I have to follow up with them on my order. I then get told to phone the courier myself to follow up on my delivery, only to find out that Vodacom did not give them the phone yet. Once again I have to call Vodacom to resolve the issue. It then turns out that they ran out of stock and can only deliver by the end of the week. That is not quite the next day delivery they promise.
The customer service on the Vodacom online store is non existent, and I will not be using it again.
