I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab3 from the Vodacom online store on the 18th of Dec 2013 in order to take advantage of the next day delivery offer, but my order was placed on back order.By the time the order was dispatched I was already on holiday and had to phone the call centre to change the delivery address to my home address. I called twice to confirm the address was updated and also sent an email, and was told the courier has been notified of the change of address. As of this morning, 6 Jan 2014, I still haven't received the tablet and found out that the courier tried to deliver the tablet to my office while I was on holiday. When I queried the order this morning the order was placed on back order. What happened to the one that was already being delivered? Now I have to wait even longer to receive something that should have been delivered last year already.

The agent I spoke to this morning seemed uninterested in my problem and didn't even bother to call back to update me on the status of the order, as he promised he would.

Vodacom's apathy is completely unacceptable and the customer service pathetic. I've been a Vodacom customer for ten years, but not for much longer...
