On 2 August 2013 I called Vodacom Sales Direct to arrange a new cellphone contract under our Company account. I spoke to Johannes Tshehla. I did as he said and sent him a letterhead with all details and specified for the phone to be delivered and address was on letterhead. Afte gave the incorrect address to the couriers and then couriers left such an unclear message on my phone, I couldn't hear anything. A week later I called Vodacom back to find out what's going on and they tell me the phone is with them again. Nobody informed me. I tried to ask them to deliver again and eventually on the 21st of August 2013 it arrived. I took the phone out the packaging, plugged it into charge, it switched on then was hanging and then completely dead. I have since then been trying to arrange for someone to collect this phone to swap out.
I called Vodacom again and unfortunately didn't get the agents name this time and she said I could go into any branch to change the phone which I did and was turned away because of some story. I was told I have to send the phone back via the courier as this is the way i applied for it (This to me was very strange)!
