My phone has some how crashed and is still under guarantee. for two days i have been trying to call MTN Stores in Pietermaritzburg and they have refused to answer their phones. i have called all the Pietermaritzburg Branches and not one line was answered over a period of two days. I ended up calling a service centre in durban who assisted and sent an email to a manager of a MTN Store in Pietermaritzburg and im quiet certian that it sent to a manager at the Cascades Branch in Pietermaritzburg. I then eventually phoned the one shop in the liberty mall and was so rudely spoken to by the lady at that branch that answered. I also asked her for contact details of someone who could assist me and she gave me a cell number that only rings. Up until now not a single person has called me with and i am quiet certain that the Pietermariitzburg branches have a problem with their telephones as the cant answer or they cant make a call. I would like someone to up the service in all Pietermaritzburg Branches because it!!!
