I have over the past months tried to contact the Pietermaritzburg Msunduzi Municipality to provide my meter readings. We have been asked to provide these details due to the lack of meter readers in our city.
Each time I call, I am either cut off after waiting 10-15 minutes or the phone rings indefinitely. In the past month I have called 16 times and eventually got through this morning. (time taken 15minutes 7 minutes 5 minute call).
I understand that at month end there may be delays, but I have tried phoning over a 7 day window and reception may take up to 3 minutes to answer. As the capital of Kwazulu Natal I find it unacceptable.
