I phoned to book my vehicle in for a service this week and spoke to Erin, who was professional, friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival on Thursday (20/06/2013) I was attended to before I could even step out of my vehicle. I was kept informed at all times. I stay 1.5 hrs from Pietermaritzburg so when I receive my vehicle in the afternoon I arrive home fairly late. Nissan Pietermaritzburg went out of their way to ensure I received my vehicle at the earliest convenience.
I have always received excellent service from Nissan Pietermaritzburg and my latest experience (In which I dealt with Erin Byrne) has proven to myself that one of Nissan Pietermaritzburg's values, is to be customer concentric.
