INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT

I made payment for a lounge suite at the Mr. Price Home Liberty Midland Mall on 22 November 2013.
There was no stock of the selected lounge suite, I was told that in a few days i would receive a call.
I tried calling on Wednesday but the phone was not answered, i called the customer care line & the lady at the call centre said that she would transfer me to the branch, to my surprise the branch answered the call.
The lady at the branch said she would get someone help me, leaving me on hold for more than 7 minutes.
I cut the call and had to call the customer care line who again transferred my call back to the store.
This time I was put through to the branch manager Ashley, who promised to check with the head office & get back to me "shortly" which never happened. I called back & spoke to Ashley again, he explained that he was having a hard time getting hold of his head office, but he would call back by 11 a.m on Thursday.
Again he did not call me, I called the store and again spoke to Ashley & once again he promised to call the head office & call me back. Which he again did not do.
Is this how clients are treated?
All i want to know is when will my lounge suite be ready???
