Seriously a week to delive

I am very livid and unhappy at the moment as when we signed to receive our lounge suit ewe were told the warehouse would be making contact with us within a few days. I phoned russells this morning and everyone seemed to know exactly who we were as we have been trying to get information out of them for a while. Never mind the fact that the massive delivery charge we had to pay to literally have a lounge suite delivered to my house which was within 10 km from my home because you do not allow first time customers to collect it themselves. Russell's failed to tell me they had no stock of the lounge suite and had to bring it down from Durban surely if you had informed me I would have been more patient. They will be bringing my set down from Durban on Wednesday but cant deliver the same day they are telling me now Thursday or Friday. What is the point in that?? I am very upset that it takes so long to deliver a lounge suite from Durban which is an hour drive from Pietermaritzburg. What i am more cross at is that nobody informed me there wasn't any stock in Pietermaritzburg.

You should also not have a customer help line if no one is going to answer it!!! Worst service never again!!!
