I had delivered a phone (nokia 71) to the vodacom repair outlet in pietermaritzburg (liberty mall). my phone refused to charged so i took it in around the 20th december 2012, the guy tells me technicians will call if they can go ahead. a week passes, i go back and the same guy tells me he will check why technicians haven't called me to approve the repairs that cost around R500 & he will call me back and alert me of what was happening. he didn't call, technicians didn't call and so i try to be patient and wait. i go back to the outlet for the third time and the very same guy tells me its not his job to be calling customers its the job of the technicians and the phone is with them in commercial street. as i had to go back to Joburg i asked they return my phone immediately. this guy says it may take a week to have it back to the outlet in liberty mall. sadly i had to leave my phone (with all contacts/pictures) in pietermaritzburg as i had to leave for Joburg the next two days. i am applauded by the guys response and his lack of willingness to assist but then again that may not be his job as he made it clear to me. technicians are beyond out of order! their service!! HELP
