On the 18th of August 2013, I purchased an Orion Desk that was to be delivered to my sister in Pietermaritzburg. Stock was confirmed with Game CBD Pietermaritzburg. I paid for the desk as well as the delivery charge. According to the Clearwater branch they were going to fax the delivery sheet to Game in Pietermaritzburg. They told me that the table will be delivered latest on Tuesday the 20th of August 2013.
On 21st August I contacted Game in Pietermaritzburg and they told me that they did not recieve any dispatch note from Game Clearwater and the requested me to send them the CDD document which I sent. When I called later on the same day I was told by the store manager that they cannot do delivery on that day, they can only do it the following day. When I called the following day I was told that there is no stock. I went to clearwater and I was promised that stock will be available on Monday the 26 and table can be delivered on the 27th.
Instruction on the invoice was contact be made before delivery & did not happen but I am told they tried to call to no avail. Table has not been delivered. Can Game advise me what to do?
