I (Andrit Massey) registered through Ditasa campus Pietermaritzburg in February / March of 2010 to do my NQF-5 RPL coarse together with 10 other Estate Agent Principals from Newcastle. We were informed during September 2010 that we have to be in Pietermaritzburg for 2/two days in October 2010 to start our NQF - 5 Coarse. The group travelled from Newcastle to Pietermaritzburg and attended the 2 day coarse where all the material where handed out and instructions where given to us on how to compile our assignments. We were given 4/four months to complete the assignments. On 21/22 February 2011 we all drove down to Pietermaritzburg with our completed assignments and handed it in at the campus. During October 2011 we received signed letters from Mr. Jooma that we were found compitent with the work we handed in and that SSETA will issue our NQF-5 certificates. To date we still have not received our NQF-5 Certificates that we paid for through Ditasa Pietermaritzburg and on enquiring we were informed that we must contact SSETA. I did not pay my money to SSETA but to Ditasa Pietermaritzburg and it is their responsibility to make sure I receive my certificate. PLEASE ASSIST.
