On August 26th I complained about my account that was billed incorrectly. I received a response from MTN which stated that they have credited my account and that it is correct now. It is the 24th of October and still no credit has been put through on my account. So what is going on? I am so tired of bad service. This is becoming a trend and it is not the first time I've received bad service from MTN. I would like to know what is going on? That incorrect account set met back more than R700. I can't afford mistakes like this, I only have a salary to live on!
