When i had my upgrade done in march this year i was told that i would pay a fixed cost of R500.. odd for my top up contract but every month my bill comes to almost R700. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! and this is not the 1st time vodacom rips their customers off! I went to vodacom repairs in June, for a cracked screen on my BB Z10 after having my phone for only 3 months. I did not realise that it was not covered by my warranty, what load of is that?? as far as i know, a samsungs lcd can be replaced free of charge, why not the same with the BB? anyway, they said they would give me a quote to WHICH I HAD TO PAY FOR!! HOW F... NG!!! PATHETIC VODACOM IS! - They rip you off and expect you to pay for a quote! i paid, left my phone with vodacom and they gave me a quote of R4100..just to replace an LCD - i might as well buy a new phone! THEY CAN STUFF THAT R4100 UP THEIR FOR ALL I CARE. Furthermore, when i collected my phone the battery was missing and some stands there and says MAM theres nothing we can do.!!! Nevertheless, this will be the last contract i take with vodacom. I had my phone replaced by my personal insurance. VODACOMS PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
