No Loyalty to Existing Custome

I currently have an I-phone on contract which is up for renewal and want to replace the handset with a newer I-phone. I wanted to take the I-Phone on a Super M package. But, due to my profile (?), this will not be possible unless I pay in R6500. I may as well go and buy the handset from the I-Phone store! It must be noted that I currently have three contracts with Vodacom - two of which are up for renewal. I am upset that I have been a customer of Vodacom for over 10 years - despite the fact that Vodacom is the most expensive service provider - yet there is no appreciation from them. Loyalty is reciprocal. It seems that long term, loyal customers are forgotten in their war to win new customers.
