On the 21 November I went in to Woodlands Vodashop to do a simple sim swop on my twin call. The consultant sim swoped the wrong size sim for my i-phone, he had to do another the following day which he did not do and i had to go back to the store, the lady helped me and did a sim swop on the incorrect number (my main). i had to go back to the store and the manager helped me but he had to sim swop 2 new ones for my main and my twin. he corrected the lady's mistake and my main worked again on the right phone. My twin call never got swoped/activated. I had to go back to the store a couple of days later to have the sim swop done again, i have been calling every second or third day to the call centre and so it has been till today, still no active twin call sim. this is the worst service I have ever had, I have reference number after reference number from the incompetent call centre that don't know how to help and never get back to a person. it is 19 days after the first try and still I have no service from vodacom. poor poor service from vodacom. they only want new business and dont give 2 cents for their existing clients. I have been with them for over 10 years, i will not be re-newing
