BAD ATTITUDE/POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi, I would like express my deepest disappoint in the appalling service I received from fourways mall MTN.
> I went to the shop to get my phone on Sunday and was told they need to do a verification and you guys open 9-5 weekdays. I was ok with that and told the lady to keep it aside I will come back Mon. I then called you guys (insurance) spoke to Kwazi told him of my situation and he tried to call the store. They did not pick up, he called again still no answer. He left a voice message on my phone telling me to just give the ref number to the store and all should be fine. When I got to the store I told them we tried to call, there is a voicemail on my phone clearly giving the ref number and Lwazi from insurance stating he tried to call but did not get through.(listen to the call as you claim they are recorded) The number of the store on YOUR system is incorrect and the number you get on 1023 and on the MTN website. I was then told I'm a and would take the ref no and or letter to another store to get another phone and they refused to give me the handset. I have been to the store twice came back with no handset.what do I do now as i also work 9-5?
