Extremly poor service and admin shortcomings

On 24 nov I handed in my faulty phone to mtn columbine square, suideroord, jhb to the manager at the time named Paul. He sent my phone to mt.'s repair centre. Two weeks later after my daily follows ups not the other way around, I was told that the phone was liquid damaged which did not fall under warranty. Paul then submitted a claim to 24 hour mobility the insurer supplied to me by the store. I advised Paul that I needed the phone by the 24 Dec latest as I was going overseas on holiday, he assured me tha the sla was 5 working days. again I had to follow up daily wit the store myself not the other way around, Paul escalated the matter to Pauline wessel & megan hope, sadly on the 24 th the claim was sill not finalized and the excuse I got was that the insurer was experiencing a backlog, not m problem I sensitized all to my needs. On return from holiday 8 Jan, I called the store and to m surprise the claim was still not finalized. On the 10 th I received a call from the insurer to say claim was finalized but excess would be r300, later they caled again to state excess is now 10% of value of Phone. To add to admin nightmare they sent the authorisation to the wrong store three times
